Love You More Than You Know

I'm a guest over at Love You More Than You Know - a site dedicated to Mothers who have children in the Forces.

Here I talk about when my youngest son signed up for the British Royal Air Force... a traumatic yet very proud day for me as his Mum.

Happy reading, everyone x

  2. I don't know about brave, Paulita, but it really was the most difficult thing I've ever had to do in my life.

I honestly don't think our kids realise the impact their leaving home has on us... but then again, that proves we've done a good job as parents x

  3. Suzie,
After fiercely protecting our sons and daughters all of their young lives, mothers are never prepared to let go, when their children become the protectors. When we share our stories,we share a universal bond. We are no longer alone. Thank you for sharing your story and being a guest on Love You More Than You Know. Many blessings to you, Ben, your family and all the troops. Thank you for Ben's service.
